We bought these for our 9 month old daughter. They are a little beyond her for building, of course, but she likes the colors, shapes, textures, and unique features like the bell and prism. The whole family thought they were the neatest blockes they had ever seen. I hope to add another set when she gets old enough to build with them. They are perfect for her two favorite games, "chew on things" and "take things out of the basket." They seem to be excellent quality and hold up well to her chewing. Even the transparent plastic that contains the pearls seems to be sturdy. While I don't believe that any of the pieces as a whole are small enough to choke on, some of them would not pass the "toilet paper roll" test so I would recommend using these with supervision for a smaller child.

I purchased these blocks for my 2 year old for Christmas. All of my girls LOVE them (5yrs, 2, and 7 months)! I must admit as soon as I saw these I could not wait for the box to be opened. They are simply beautiful blocks, the best quality I have ever seen. There are lots of different shapes colors and details, each one is special. They can be arranged in a variety of ways. I saw these on a trip to Germany and I was thrilled to find them online. We also purchased the Torrino and Sakrada for more variety. I am even considering purchasing the Seville set! A basic set of Haba blocks may work great with these just to add height and base. We have built palaces, churches, homes, schools, playgrounds, you name it! Right now my daughter populates her creations with her Squinkies; but Haba's Habaland characters are on my wishlist! ;) We love Haba games and play food and now their blocks are a must. They make incredible, unique, heirloom quality gifts too! You cannot go wrong with Haba quality. Well worth the cost.

Beautiful, sturdy, fun wooden blocks. I gave these blocks as a gift and I got great feedback on them, although I personally haven't seen them played with.

Bought this cover for a round lounger I keep by the pool, has held up to rain, chlorine and sun.(nearly all day long).
Even though it is meant for a table it fit well and even has pull strings to tighten it, appears to be made of heavy gauge canvas, has not dried out or ripped yet, would definitely suggest it and will buy another when and if this one wears out.

Very Nice looking cover - but it's not waterproof. After it rains there's a lot of water on the tabletop underneath. Not exactly what you want in a table cover. I even sprayed it thoroughly with Scotchguard and that didn't help much.
